Founded by Md. Shoag, a highly skilled façade and civil engineer with extensive experience in public and private sector projects across the United States, Apex has earned a reputation for technical excellence, reliability, and a commitment to client success. Md. Shoag – Founder & CEO

Md. Shoag is the Founder and Principal Engineer of Apex Engineering & Design Solutions. A highly skilled façade and civil engineer, he brings years of hands-on experience in architectural design, project management, and construction safety.

Before establishing Apex, Shoag worked on major NYC public projects under agencies like NYCHA, FDNY, and the School Construction Authority, specializing in façade inspection and restoration under Local Law 11. His leadership combines technical excellence with a strong commitment to sustainability and regulatory compliance.

He holds a Master’s in Engineering Management from Trine University (USA) and a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering from Jiangsu University of Science and Technology (China). Through Apex, Shoag continues his mission to deliver safe, efficient, and sustainable engineering solutions that help shape the future of modern infrastructure.
