Phase-Wise Development Plan (2025–2028)

Phase I – Establishment and Early Projects (2025)
In our first phase, Apex will focus on establishing the firm’s foundation and completing initial façade and design projects across New York City. During this phase, we will register the business, build vendor relationships, and deliver our first series of public sector projects under agencies such as NYCHA and FDNY.

Phase II – Service Expansion and Market Penetration (2026)
The next stage will focus on expanding our service portfolio to include comprehensive project management and compliance consulting. Apex will pursue contracts with real estate developers, city agencies, and private contractors to strengthen our market presence and build long-term relationships.

Phase III – Diversification and Growth (2027)
In this phase, Apex will diversify its offerings by adding construction safety consulting, green building design, and sustainability certification services. We will seek LEED and WELL accreditation, ensuring our projects align with global standards of environmental stewardship.

Phase IV – National Expansion and Scaling (2028)
